Stiching Tutorial Of Salwar And Chudithar

interesting case CUIDEN

I was in a hallway of a "significant" clinical Venezuela, next to some doctors, when I heard they were about to commit an act of medical malpractice.
interrupted the conversation and I introduced them, since the medical dilemma concerned the use of "barium sulfate" as a contrast to be used orally for the performance of abdominal CT in a patient with diverticulitis (inflammation of the mucosa of diverticula of the colon).
I told them that the contrast medium was contraindicated in the "suspicion" of diverticulitis, since it could produce "peritonitis caustic" in these patients.
For Gastroenterologist assumed that, seeing me without gown and younger, put on his best smile of derision to proceed to disrespect my medical opinion ... immediately afterwards, the patient's medical family also told me that I was wrong, but they alleged that not only was I who was the medical specialty in tomography, but also I had been commissioned to provide this in my graduate class. .. still rejected the opinion.
I was visiting another patient in the clinic and to my surprise upon returning to the days, I find that the patient had been hospitalized for "Peritonitis" (in the next room) due to perforation gut!
A family member saw me and told me nothing, but I was approached by the son of the patient, who had not been for the success of the corridor but that he had learned after what happened and thanked me for having had the courage intervene ... which I received so sorry ... Like no avail.
medical acts must be based on science and knowledge (expertise) rather than belief that nothing will happen here (negligence) ...
How would you feel if this will pass to your Mom?
